Booking with us is simple!

  1. Send us an enquiry with your event details (type of workshop, date, number of participants, and location).
  2. We’ll get back to you with a custom quote.
  3. To confirm, we ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit.
  4. Once your deposit is received, you’ll get a written confirmation, and your      workshop is officially booked!


Absolutely. We can adapt themes, materials, and length to suit your event — whether it’s a birthday or a team-building day.

No — clients usually arrange the venue. It just needs to be safe, well-lit, and big enough for the group. If you’d like advice, we’re happy to help.


Most workshops last 1 to 1.5 hours, plus around 30 minutes for setup and cleanup before and after.


Most of our workshops are suitable for children aged 5 and up, unless stated otherwise.


Yes! No experience is needed — our workshops are designed to be relaxed, fun, and creative for everyone.


  We can accommodate up to 20 children and up to 30 adults.


Yes, we do. Send us your enquiry and we’ll be happy to discuss how it can work for your group.


Yes, we cover London, Essex, and surrounding counties. Travel costs may apply depending on the distance.


The remaining balance is due 14 days before your workshop date.


Yes — just let us know your final numbers at least 14 days before the event so we can prepare materials for everyone.


  • More than 21 days before the event: You may reschedule to a new date within 6 months (subject to availability). Please note deposits are non-refundable. 
  • Less than 7 days before the event: The full workshop fee is payable and might be non-refundable.
  • If we cancel, we’ll either reschedule with you or provide a full refund.
